Availability: Full Time (dinner 5 to 6 days a week, lunch 4 to 5 days a week)
Responsibilities: Preparation, creation and execution of meals including meat & fish dishes as well as a number of appetizers. Job will require skill on a grill (temperatures), butchering, and filleting
Experience: Must have at least 5 years of experience working in a fine dinning restaurant
POSITION: Dishwasher/Food Preparation
Availability: Full Time (5 to 6 days a week) and Part-time (3 to 4 days a week)
Responsibilities: Dish washing, cleaning, food prep, and salad prep
Experience: Must have food handling experience
POSITION: Front of House (FOH) Support Staff
Availability: Part-time (2 to 4 days a week)
Responsibilities: Assisting the servers on the floor with the typical service tasks, handling plates, trays, servicing tables, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment behind the bar
Experience: Some relative work experience is mandatory
